Up to level 7, baby! I'm telling you, it's a game changer. We're no longer in the fitness business. This is serious business. I met some guys (yes, yes, that's what I call them) who seemed very interested in my gym... or maybe in me? Who knows!

Sauna: A luxury investment

Where it gets serious is with this sauna. Not only will it allow me to inflate the prices, but it also brings that little extra touch of "luxury". luxury which my customers love. OK, so it's going to require a bit of maintenance, but that's the price you pay for staying on top. And when you think about it, it's worth it. My customers will be asking for more, that's for sure!

A gym with a sauna is like caviar on toast: it's expensive, but it sells like hotcakes! I've already adjusted my prices upwards, and believe me, the customers don't even flinch. They're even happy to pay more for access to this marvel. I sometimes wonder if they really know what they're doing, but hey, as long as the money's coming in!

Reorganising My GYM: Ever Higher

With my winnings rolling in, I've embarked on a total reorganisation of my gym. We're getting rid of the old stuff and making way for the latest equipment. I've also made sure that everything is well managed by my employees, so that I can concentrate on what really matters: making my gym the best in the city, if not the world!
